1-1 Online Coaching

This is the primary service offered by Stewart Athletic Development. It is designed entirely with you in mind. The programme is unique to you and will tailored to:

The service works on a monthly basis and is presented on an excel spreadsheet and shared via google drive. The spreadsheet will have everything you need, based off your needs and goals. This will include your training programme for the month, alongside any other coaching services you require / desire (Nutrition / Body composition tracker, habit tracker, sleep tracker etc). The programme itself will come with a full explanation of technical jargon, and anything else that requires understanding for the process.

With online coaching, you will check in after each training session via WhatsApp, where you will send over training footage on specific exercises for me to analyse and implement coaching on. You have the option to notify me on “off” days from training, if you feel there is something particularly noteworthy you wish to mention or ask. There will also be a monthly 1-1 video call check in. The 1-1 call will be to discuss both the previous and also the upcoming training block, as well as any other questions or points you have.

Pricing starts from £80 a month. 

1-1 In Person Coaching

This service offers 1-1 in person Strength and Conditioning coaching in Edinburgh. This service operates out of Cast Iron Strength (Based in Leith) and Athlete training systems (ATS – Based in Gorgie).  

This service suitable for those seeking in person guidance, that they feel may not be suitable in an online capacity. The service is aimed to help teach you how to safely perform, or improve existing technique, on specific exercises of your choosing. This service is also suitable for beginners who are unfamiliar with resistance training, and looking to get some professional guidance on the fundamentals.

Due to renting gym space within a facility, this service will operate at a limited capacity. Payment is required prior to the session. Cancellations within 24 hours of the booked appointment are non-refundable. Cancellations out with 24 hours of the booked appointment are fully refundable.

Hybrid Coaching

The Hybrid coaching package brings the best of both coaching worlds. It is a combination of 1-1 in person & 1-1 online coaching to ensure you are getting the most out of your coaching experience.

The purpose of this service is to help busy individuals get some extra coaching that will help make their training run more smoothly during a block, but also allow them the flexibility to complete the majority of their training in their own time. By choosing the hybrid package, you are getting both 1-1 in person coaching and real time feedback on your performance, which you can then apply to the rest of your training block at your leisure – win win!

You will have 2 options for your hybrid coaching packages.

Option 1) 2x in person sessions per month Hybrid coaching package + full online coaching services = £120 P.C.M (Saving £40 !!)

Option 2) 4x in person sessions per month Hybrid coaching packages + full online coaching services. =£160 P.C.M (Saving £80 !!)

6-week intro to Strength Training

This service offers 6- week 1-1 in person coaching, and is an introduction to strength training for beginners. This is ideally suited for those with 0 / minimal training experience with free weights in a gym setting.

The purpose of this service is to teach beginners some of the fundamental movements / movement patterns in a gym and to develop confidence in a gym environment.

There are 2 options for this package. Option 1) = 1 session per week for 6 weeks totalling £170 (19% off!)

Option 2) = 2 sessions per week for 6 weeks totalling £330 ((21.4% off!)
