My name is Callum Stewart. I am a UKSCA accredited Strength and conditioning coach (ASCC) alongside holding a BSc (Hons 1st class) in Applied Sport and Exercise Science.
My sporting background is in Rugby Union, which I Played for a number of years before having to retire prematurely due to injury. Now, my personal pursuits are in resistance training, specifically on powerlifting, as well as being an Avid hiker / Munro bagger & various other outdoor activity.
My real passion lies within coaching and helping clients work toward their goals. I get a pleasure seeing my client’s progress. Whether they are competitive athlete, looking to take the next step in their physical performance by getting stronger, faster, more powerful etc. Or, they are a “365 athlete”, who is looking to get stronger, move better and feel fitter, healthier and maybe change their body composition
